In-person personal training is a pretty awesome deal!
I will guide you through a personalized one hour workout based on your skill set. What you are capable of doing but at the same time pushing you to limits you didn't think were possible. I will cater to your injuries (if any) and make sure our time is optimal by giving you the information, resources and tools you need to become confident and strong af.
You will start to realize that your habits will change by the things I teach and implement into your routine. I will have YOUR GOALS In mind as we meet weekly, we will be doing weekly check-ins, weigh-ins, and a mental check-in.

You will be provided access to the AWAKEN Fitness app for workouts, nutrition coaching, and accountability to ensure you reach your HEALTH & FITNESS goals! I think this is what sets me different from a lot of other trainers.

As well as a complete nutrition coaching and guide weekly
(including macronutrient breakdown and a meal plan).
Through my Awaken Fitness app, alternative exercises and adjustments as necessary, and consistent support. Workouts will be customized to cater to your schedule.
