Every session will be something different so that you'll always be entertained! This one-hour session is dedicated to two people where I customize the workout to either individual or team work. Let's face it, sometimes our partner doesn't motivate us to be healthier when we want to. You need to push their mindset to want to become better with you. Within the hour we focus on various exercises in order to burn fat and gain strength as well as teach you how to really take control back of your life. It's a mindset and we all just want to become stronger not just physically but mentally and spiritually too. We strive to meet both of your goals.
