With 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, I've earned a reputation for success in weight loss, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, and functional movement. As a Functional Movement Specialist, my approach is uniquely tailored to help you reach your specific goals.

As a perpetual student of health and fitness, I'm committed to continuous learning. My expertise spans various movement modalities, from kettlebells to animal movements, steel mace flow, and beyond. I believe that fitness should be a dynamic and inspiring journey filled with both fun and challenges, and that philosophy is at the core of the experiences I provide.
