Being a trainer for 14 years in the fitness industry, I've had a reputation for success in training clients for weight loss, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, and functional movement. As a Functional Movement Specialist, my approach to fitness is unique, always tailored to help clients achieve their specific goals.
Always being a student of health and fitness, I'm committed to continuous learning. My expertise extends to various movement modalities, including kettlebells, animal movement, steel mace flow, landmine university and so much more. I firmly believe that fitness should be a dynamic and inspiring journey, marked by fun and challenges. This philosophy is the cornerstone of the experiences I strive to deliver.
